Booking a boudoir session means trusting someone not only to photograph you, but to protect those images for as long as they exist. At Art of You, privacy isn’t a feature we offer, it’s how we operate. Every policy, every protocol, every vendor relationship has been built around one question: what would make our clients feel completely safe?

A Private, Secure Studio Environment
Sessions take place in our private studio in Round Rock, Texas, a closed-door, controlled environment chosen specifically for its discretion and security. We do not use random short-term rentals or shared spaces.
No unexpected guests or shared access
No hidden cameras or surveillance concerns
Clean, quiet, and uninterrupted from start to finish
Only the photographer present during your session
In-House Editing & Offline Storage
Your images are never sent to a third-party editor. Every photo is handled, edited, and stored by us, and only us. Our master files are stored on password-protected, offline hard drives that are not connected to the internet.
No cloud storage for master session files
No third-party editors or retouchers with access
If contractors are ever involved, a signed NDA is required before any access is granted
Secure Digital Gallery Delivery
Your final images are delivered via a private, password-protected online gallery accessible only by you and the photographer.
The gallery link and password are never shared publicly or posted to any platform.
Gallery active for 30 days from delivery
No public or searchable access at any point
Password known only to you and Art of You
Physical products ship in discreet, unmarked packaging
Image Retention & Destruction
Your session files are retained in a secure archive for two years after your session date, solely to protect you in case files are ever lost on your end. After that period, files are permanently and securely deleted.
You may request permanent deletion at any time
Deletion completed within 14 business days of written request
Written confirmation provided when deletion is complete
Deletion is irreversible, files cannot be recovered after confirmed destruction
In the event of unauthorized access to our archive, affected clients are notified within 72 hours
Trusted Print Partners, Strict Protocols
For printed products, we partner only with high-end labs, specifically in Europe (Italy, Portugal, and Ireland). These vendors were chosen not only for the quality of their craftsmanship, but for their privacy practices.

No identifying information is attached to your files
Your Images, Your Control. Always.
Your images are never shared, posted, sold, or used for any purpose without your explicit written consent. This applies to our website, social media, print marketing, competition entries, and every other possible use.
No portfolio use without a signed Boudoir Portfolio Release
Your name and identity are never attached if you do consent to sharing
You may revoke authorization at any time in writing
Revoked images removed from active use within 30 days
Your images are never sold to third parties under any circumstance

How sharing works…
if you choose to.
Nothing is ever shared without your permission. If you decide you'd like your images to remain completely private, they will. If you choose to let us share a few favorites, you'll know exactly what that means before you decide.

Your Choice
At your image reveal, you'll decide whether you'd like to keep your images completely private or allow us to share selected photographs. There is never any pressure, and "no" is always a perfectly acceptable answer.

You Decide
If you choose to sign a portfolio release, we'll explain exactly how your images may be used before you sign anything. You'll never be surprised by where your photographs appear.

Your Privacy
Even when images are shared, your identity remains private. We never tag you, mention your name, or identify you publicly unless you specifically ask us to.

Your Control
If your circumstances change, you can withdraw your permission at any time by sending us a written request. We'll stop using your images moving forward and remove them from active marketing within 30 days.
